Development plan consultation

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has started on a new development plan for the area. The council has organised information sessions on what's called the "issues and options" for the plan.

There's a short booklet that you can get at the council offices or at the library. Alternatively, it's available on www.dlrcoco.ie. Information sessions for the public have been scheduled on the following dates:
Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, –Thurs October 16th
10.00a.m – 2.00p.m
4.00p.m– 8.00p.m
County Hall, Dún Laoghaire – Monday 20th October 2008
10.00a.m – 2.00p.m
4.00p.m – 8.00p.m

The final date for the receipt of submissions is 5 p.m. on 3 November 2008

I would really urge anybody who has any issues or concerns about the future of the area to make them known at this stage.
